Labor Contract

The customer agrees to pay for Labor, Permit Fees, and Engineering Fees. which will be billed to the customer on separate invoices.

The installation includes additional material such as caulking, screws, wood buck, interior drywall compound patch-work, and stucco patch-work 1" adjacent to the work area.

If Interior casing, exterior casing, opening build-out, or any other material is needed to cover or prepare the interior or exterior of the door or window opening, it will be billed to the customer on a separate invoice. All Painting is to be done by others Not By The Renovation Warehouse or Installation Team. The Customer agrees to all Terms and Conditions of The Renovation Warehouse Inc. and the stated contractor who will be providing the installation which will be given to the customer upon request. The customer also understands and agrees that before the installation work starts a 50% deposit must be paid on the day of installation. The customer also understands and agrees once the last item has been installed on the customer's property the final payment for the labor will be made by the customer. In the event of an error of any material the customer may hold the labor payment for the error item which has not been installed.

The Contractor is responsible for removing all old large debris from the customer's property.
