Description

Submit City Permit Package Only. When you select this option, you will be responsible for obtaining the permit in your own name. The Renovation Warehouse or its Partners Will NOT use its License for Permitting. The Renovation Warehouse is ONLY Responsible for Submitting and Picking up your Prepared Permit Package and taking it to the City once (1) and Picking up your Permit Package once (1). Any correction needed must be done by the customer. There is an additional charge per correction, submittal, and pickup. Custom Order NO Refunds or Exchanges.
